They cheat and take no responsibility if wrong/ used item is sent to you

Too tired to write the whole story but if their support team comes back to me I can share my experience with them personally ! And secondly

High price zero offer

Luxury just for the name

According to the shipping policy of tata CLiQ luxury they’re supposed to deliver any product in luxurious packaging however I received my order in a very basic box. Even the customer care team was not helpful

Worst mistake of my life

This company follows illegal practices. Do not shop from here they just want to scam you.

Worst service

Waited for 1 week to get my Marshall speakers and they canceled it by saying it’s out of stock however I can still see on the app to buy.

Net work

Very slow in processing payment. At times it says no internet. Pls correct it.

Beware!!! Poor return policy

They will keep you trying to return the products, I tried to return a product worth 13K, but no one came to pick up, tried three times and right now I have a product which is not in my size.

Poor Delivery & Response System

Tata CLiQ has the poorest response and delivery management system compared to any online retailers. In many of my deliveries, I get delivery attempt failure message though I have never been contacted by the delivery partner for product delivery and their Customer Care do not have any tracking informations of where the items are or who their final delivery agents are. It is their standard system to seek 4-5 working days for a resolution on the complaints while their competitors resolve such cases in a matter of minutes. I would strongly suggest to stay away from them if ordering high value items and always pay them only on COD.
