I am an EV enthusiast presently interested in Tata EV but I am reconsidering my decision given how the app cant even help me look for charger locations without the app crashing multiple times! The keyboard does not show if one has to input the location! Come on! Tata Group has TCS and still cant make a decent app! Tata’s After Sales Service is always a disappointment!
I am owner of Tata Nexon. Vehicle is ok but never gives claimed mileage. It is giving me 40% of claimed mileage. The Tata Power EZ charge is the worst app. The servers are poor. It takes hours to login and charge. Yesterday I wasted 2 hours at the charger and couldn’t start charging because of the poor app. Today morning again I wasted 2 hours at the charger. I couldn’t charge because of this poor app. I am writing to government to end monopoly of Tata and allow good Chinese and American companies to start operations in India. It is high time to end monopoly of Indian companies like Tata, Reliance and Adani. We deserve good services in the country.
Waste of time
Sir, please provide sufficient charging stations for the convenience of Tata Ev owners. Or you can provide link system to other charging companies so that we can charge with your valet at any stations available at anywhere. Similarly, you have to give opportunity to charge vehicles from your station to others also. A bilateral policy has to be agreed with all charging companies. Those who are interested so you can avoid installing more charging stations by Tata it self till you become sufficiently having the System. Now the availability of charging station by Tata is very poor and you have to improve.

Tata is looting money from us. Every charging companies will request us to male sure to keep a minimum balance of 50. Tata the bloody looters are asking for 150rs as a minimum balance. I accidentally recharged my account never ever going to do it. My personal requet to all people use goec relux ,zeon, chargemod, tucker Please dont ever use tata power Pure looters cheaters.. I am Tata Fan and not expecting this from Tara I request to improve this app, this becomes slow when we zoom out the map, please work on markers code, it is not optimised. Please hire good developers for this app.
Scanning QR code should be available on the spa to recharge. Or the charger should be free to charge without app
