Will there be any further updates to this app? Doesn’t look like there has been in over 4 years. Just wondering when there is an apple update that makes this no longer compatible, will it be updated then? There are a couple glitches as is. Also How about some more ink companies on here? Dynamic? Industry? For starters. -- DMFDs, 2023-12-17 ### *---- "Nothing but problems" Devices won’t backup or sync, can’t change verification phone number to my new number so I can no longer make purchases. Website is shut down so there’s no customer support. Guess we’re gonna make a change to an app with active developers -- xtian420, 2023-12-09 ### **--- "Not working lately" I’ve been using this app for over 4 years. In the last 6 months its become almost unusable.. it crashes, wont upload forms, camera wont orient the right way, etc -- Braquelwashere, 2023-10-31 ### ***** "Master code" So I’ve had twoPrevious accounts with no problems ever. I just set up a new account along with a new studio, and I am certain of my master code, what it is.However, every time I enter it, it is saying it is incorrect? If that is the case, how do I reset it or recover it? -- Angelo mancini, 2023-10-04 ### *---- "No help" This app has great potential but with no customer service available it’s impossible to navigate all the concerns each states health department requires. I simply need to be able to see what it prints like in the event the health department wants a copy which they ask for but there was no option to see or print -- tattoosbymanny, 2023-03-31 ### *---- "App fails." I loved this app. But now over half of my return clients have to refill out the form every time. It takes them sometimes 20 minutes to fill out, then half the time the app freezes. You can’t save all the options for your shop across different iPads… you have to adjust them separately. I’m over it. I’m going back to paper. -- Btktattoo, 2021-12-01 ### *---- "They want to mess with your personal files" It’s right there in the agreement disclosure. They want access and control over all your cloud files. Sorry, that is not something that I will do. Stay away from any company that wants to be able to delete your personal files. -- jbguu, 2021-08-31 ### ***** "Wonderful tool for all tattoo shops!" This app is amazing! No more paper forms to keep track of anymore and everything is searchable! I’ve been using this since opening my own studio and it has never disappointed. Thanks Voluta Digital! -- The Copper Phoenix, 2021-08-19 ### *---- "App no longer works." I’ve been using this app for years and suddenly recently it doesn’t work. I bought new forms and spent $50 and it took my money and never gave the forms. What a supreme disappointment.... I loved this app. -- Octoboros, 2021-07-17 ### ***-- "Great app however...." Since we have been on lockdown for nearly 4 months it would be awesome to suspend or refund for those like myself who pay the premium monthly subscription. Especially when every dollar saved helps. There was no contact email to ask on the form. Unless I just didn’t see it. Would love to hear back from ya.
