There are lots of great beers on the ap. The delivery service they use has been horrible. My latest crate was due to arrive over a month ago and customer service has not been able to advise or offer a remedy beyond refunding the shipping charge. Still owed a few hundred dollars worth of beer.

The array of beers is mind boggling. And they’re exclusive offerings of hard-to-find brews. The app itself is great too. The service loses a star for the delivery side of the operation. Go Express stinks. Sometimes an order will simply sit for a week+ (and sometimes way more) at the courier service they contract with. And when you have IPAs in the order, they get warm and oxidize faster. Bottom line is that outside of maybe winter you should avoid paying top dollar for hoppy beers. They’re ruined most of the time when they reach you. Other styles are fine though.

I spent over $100 on a box that never showed up. Customer support wasn’t especially helpful either. This service is a scam. Avoid.

I try not to make it my whole personality, but I freakin love hard ciders and my favorite thing is trying new ones. Unfortunately, Tavour really doesn’t have any ciders to choose from, but they DO have lots of sours, saisons, and other fun crafts! They make it very easy to understand how their app works, and the app is really easy to use. The system is a lot of fun, because they’re always updating it, and I honestly like how adding a beer to your cart automatically takes it out of their inventory. Even though adding it to the cart is essentially purchasing it, it’s just as easy to remove it and get refunded, which is great for us indecisives! They have a great description of the taste, really gorgeous photography usually, and usually include a tiny bit about how it was crafted, which I love, and what app users have said in the past about it. Ultimately, I’m gonna drop it, because the shipping and handling is quite a lot imo ($16.20 I just found out somehow?) but I don’t regret my experience with it- I’m in the PNW so getting my hands on breweries from the mid and east US is difficult! I got to try a lot of smoothie sours, barleywines, and saisons through here that I’ll likely never get the chance to try again! Definitely worth trying and I appreciate the challenge it must be to create an app that universally serves all these states with vastly differing alcohol laws! I hope they expand and thrive, I would love to come back to the app and become a regular user someday!

Prices are 2x what you would pay if you found the can in person. Selection is entirely too limited and there is no search feature in the app.

App is simple and well laid out. I like being able to get beers that are not available in NC. I wasn’t sure I liked the shopping experience at first but once I figured out the nuances of how it works I enjoyed keeping an eye out for that next ‘rare’ beer. The worst part is shipping. While it is nice it is a flat rate it took 10 days to get to my home. Hoppy beers should be kept cold as much as possible and fruited sours have the potential to explode if kept warm. I know there are some obstacles shipping beer to different states but it would be great if there was a way to shorten shipping times. I did have an issue with my shipping number but Customer Service was excellent in resolving it.

How is there no basic search function? You can only doom scroll by category. What if I’m looking for a particular beer or brewery that I’ve been to? Not a user friendly interface.

The Lagers and Pilsners tab on the app is filled with hard seltzers and ales. Please properly categorize your beer styles. Once I installed the app i started receiving an email about every single new beer added each day. 2-3 spam emails per day. I can find no option to turn off marketing emails within this app. This is done on purpose.
