Order tracking status is outdated with only estimated delivery time and potential of delivery to be delivered after the estimated delivery time. Customer support needs to be responsive via call and WhatsApp message. Kindly work on making the user experience better. Thank you.

Bought playstation 5 and suddenly not working properly during the warranty period , and no solution , just argo for 2 months , and too many calls , very bad 1st after sale experience with them.

عدم الالتزام بالمواعيد والتأخير بالتوصيل وعدم المبالاة بإخطار العميل في حالة التأخير او العطل بالسيستم. كان جيد جدا واصبح الأسوأ

I ordered for 6pm delivery which was confirmed They woke me up at 1:20am for delivery Also their customer support doesn’t pick up. Use other apps that care about customer service.

برنامج سيئ جدآ طلبي وصل بعد ٧ ساعات!! و هو مكتوب انه واح يوصل بعد ٤٥ دقيقه فقط. و خدمه العملاء ما تفيد بأي شي فقط يرددون الطلب في الطريق . اذا ما تقدر توصل الطلب في الوقت المحدد فلا تكتب انك تقدر توصل في ٤٥ دقيقه. آخر مره اطلب من هالبرنامج

احترموا العملاء وخلو عندكم دم

طلبت مرتين اول مرة سواق التوصيل حذف الاغراض عند الباب ومشى والان الطلب حالته مكتمل ولا فيه شيء وصل ،، وخدمة العملاء ما يداومون ٢٤ ساعة فقط وقت دوام رسمي ولا فيه دعم فني وحتى شكوى المرة الماضية محد رد علينا والاتساب رد الي رديء يعلق واضطر اطلع من التطبيق!؟ التاجر الشاطر ينافس عشان يستمر فيه غيركم كثير، هذه نصيحة مجانية يمكن تنفعكم اذا تعتمون يعني
