## Tawasul. Description
Tawasul App is the mobile version of the National Suggestions & Complaints System which is one of the essential eChannels that enable citizens and residents to submit their suggestions and complaints to any government entity in Kingdom of Bahrain easily at any time and from anywhere by utilizing the mobile features that add more value to the services. Every government entity in Tawasul has assigned a dedicated team to handle the suggestions and complaints according to a pre-set performance indicator and timeframe based on the case category.

ارسلت ٣- ٤ استفسار+ شكاوي في برنامج تواصل و التي تخص وزارة الاسكان تحديدًا بخصوص طلب مزايا و بقي اسبوع واحد لاكمال الثلاث شهور منذ تقديم الطلب و الى الان ((دون موافقة مبدئية)) و في كل مرة يكون نفس الرد الطلب تحت المراجعة.. دون حل و بعد اسبوعين يتم اغلاق الشكوى.. و هكذا.. حبذا لو يتم معالجة الطلب قبل اغلاق ملف الاستفسار/ الشكوى.

اغلب الوزارات تغلق الطلب بحجه تحويله على القسم المختص ، وصاحب الطلب لم يحصل على الرد ولا على حل لمشكلته.
اقترح ان صاحب الطلب يحق له اعاده فتح الطلب مالم يتم حل المشكله من الجهات المختصه.

شكرا لبرنامج تواصل لخدمة جميع المواطنين تحت ظل جلالة الملك حفظه الله و رعاه. انه برنامج متميز و يسعى لحل مشاكل المواطنين التي لم يستطيعون من قبل ان يحلوها. و برنامج يستحق كل جائزة حصل عليها. في السابق كنا نحسد الدول المتقدمة على برامج تستطيع ان تقدم مشاكلك دون ان يستطيع ان يمس اي شخص بحقوقك لتقديمك الشكوى. الان لدينا برنامج افضل من جميع الدول المتقدمة يخدم المواطنين و نلقى استجابة سريعة من جميع جهات الدولة. شكرا للملك حمد و شكرا لولي عهده و شكرا لرئيس الوزراء. تعجز الكلمات عن شكرا هذا البرنامج. انا طبيب في مستشفى السلمانية و قد خدمني هذا البرنامج بشكل لا يتصوره احد حتى. و انا متاكد ان القائمين على هذا البرنامج و على راسهم ولي العهد الامين سيقفون ضد اي شخص يحاول ان يعرقل مسيرة التنمية و التطور في سبيل جعل هذا البلد الاكثر تطورا. شكرا ملكنا و ولي عهدنا و رئيس وزرائنا وشكرا تواصل على التواصل الدائم
