## Taxi Deutschland Description
Willkommen bei der TAXI DEUTSCHLAND APP. Damit bestellst du dein Taxi deutschlandweit in allen Städten mit mehr als 5.000 Einwohnern! 

Wir haben die App erneuert: für noch mehr Komfort, Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und das perfekte Taxi-Erlebnis.

Schritt für Schritt stellen wir derzeit die Updates bereit, bis alle Features zur Verfügung stehen.

Starte die App und du erfährst sofort, wann ein Taxi bei dir sein kann. 
Gib die Zieladresse an, dann zeigen wir dir, wie lange die Fahrt dauert und was sie ungefähr kostet. Dies ermöglicht dir die beste Planung, damit du pünktlich und sicher ankommst.

+ unsere App arbeitet in den meisten großen Städten Deutschlands vollautomatisch, z. B. in Berlin, Hamburg, München, Köln, Frankfurt/M., Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Essen, Leipzig, Bremen, Dresden, Hannover, Nürnberg, Duisburg, Bochum und in ganz vielen mehr
+ in kleineren Städten kannst du direkt aus der App per Klick deine Bestellung telefonisch aufgeben.
+ über Extras kannst du eine Auswahl von Sonderwünschen treffen von Fahrzeugtyp bis hin zur Vorbestellung.
+ häufig verwendete Adressen kannst du per Klick als Favorit speichern. Wenn du nicht die genaue Adresse kennst, kannst du z.B. auch eine Location / POI als Adresse auswählen, z.B. EZB Frankfurt.
+ in ausgewählten Städten (in der App unter INFO stets aktuell aufgelistet) kannst du die Taxifahrt per App (Kreditkarte, Paypal) bezahlen. Die Quittung schicken wir dir direkt per Email.
+ in deiner Heimatstadt kannst du auch bequem per Monatsrechnung bezahlen.
+ nur bei uns kannst du auch als Einsteiger mit der App bezahlen. Bitte erfrage vor Fahrtbeginn, ob der Taxifahrer zu uns gehört und den Service anbietet.
+ am Ende jeder Fahrt kannst du den Fahrer und das Fahrzeug bewerten. Das hilft uns den Service stets zu verbessern. Deine Bewertung erfolgt anonym.
+ wenn dir die Fahrt besonders gefallen hat, kannst du den Fahrer zu deinem bevorzugten Stammfahrer machen.

Betreiber der App ist die Taxi Deutschland Servicegesellschaft. Der Zusammenschluss der führenden Taxizentralen in Deutschland betreibt auch den bundesweiten Mobil-Taxiruf 22456 und arbeitet ausschließlich mit den örtlichen Taxizentralen zusammen.
Für Dich bedeutet das höchste Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit bei der Bestellung Deines Taxis.

Dieses Taxi-Monopol in Dresden ist absolut überflüssig. Wenn man ein Taxi braucht, ist via App eh nichts verfügbar und man wird auf die telefonische Hotline verwiesen. Hier hängt man ewig in der Warteschleife. Da bin ich mit Bus & Bahn schneller. Bitte endlich Uber oder Bolt in Dresden. Diese Taxi-Mafia ist nicht mehr tragfähig.

Die App hat nicht erkannt, dass ich am Harras stehe und gebucht habe, es wurde mir der Preis von der Brudermühlstraße berechnet. Das war natürlich viel teurer.

Es ist nicht möglich, eine Stadt einzugeben und anschließend die Straße, es muss immer alles eingegeben werden, als absolut benutzerunfreundlich. Hat man dann die lange Adresse eingegeben, wird die von der App geändert und es ist eine Sackgasse

Seit dem letzten Update sieht man nicht mehr, wo der Fahrer ist bzw. wann er ankommt - es erscheint mit der Bestellung sofort „dein Fahrer wartet auf dich“ - das ist ein großer Nachteil gegenüber den Mitbewerbern

### ***-- "Die Transparenz ist flöten gegangen"
Seit dem Update ist die Transparenz im Service ECHT schwach.vor dem Upgrade (Umgestaltung) war die übersichtlich UND im Service transparent. Wenn man ein Taxi vorbestellt hat -konnte man SOFORT sehen das die Vorbestellung eingegangen ist-jetzt muss man suchen. Außerdem hat man 30 min vor der bestellten Fahrt eine Erinnerung gesendet bekommen-das ist LEIDER auch weg gefallen, (Transparenz) und 10 Minuten vor der Fahrt bekam man auch eine Nachricht per sms das das Taxi in 10 Minuten da ist. Außerdem erkannte die alte Version der App meine ECHTE Adresse und nicht das HAus von einem anderen Zugang -wir reden hier von ca 30 Meter unterschied. Sowas ist ärgerlich wenn ich beim bestellen nicht aufpasse und nicht nachkorrigiere wo ich wohne, wartet der Taxifahrer in einer parallel Straße zu meiner -sowas ist ärgerlich bitte bessert sowas aus
OH und so wie es aussieht bin ich noch nicht mal die einzige Nutzerin die schlechte Erfahrungen macht, andere machen wohl ähnliche. 
Sollte mir zu denken und handeln geben.

Habe Taxi bestellt am Vorabend, es kam aber keins zur bestellten Zeit. Ohne Kommunikation dann 20 min später die Nachricht, dass das Taxi jetzt losfährt. Dadurch den Zug verpasst…
App völlig nutzlos!
