Got scammed multiple times
Two times I have not received a taxi to pick me up even though I pre paid. And then a taxi driver did not use a taxi meter to calculate trip and charged me EXTRA than standard price.

Dålig app som inte funkar, snälla uppdatera erat bokningssystem då ni i princip har monopol på taxi på Gotland
Fortfarande samma fel som för två år sedan.

Ålderdomlig betalfunktion. Man måste manuellt skriva in kortnumret. Ibland klickar inte betalningsfunktionen.
För dåligt
Laddade ner appen, öppnade den, kunde inte ens välja min position. Tog bort appen direkt. Kör taxi kurir istället
Saknar grundläggande funktionalitet
Bokade taxi för 5 pers + barnstol, fick bokningsbekräftelse på Mail och sms. 10 minuter efter att bilen skulle kommit ringer jag och får som svar att ”Vi har inga stora bilar”. Inga indikationer på detta i bokningsbekräftelsen eller försök att kontakta mig för att informera om detta. Fick med andra ord vänta i över 30 minuter på en bil som inte fanns.

Går inte att beställa Taxi på konto/faktura vilket de flesta företag vill.
