## Taxi Hreyfill Description
With the Hreyfill Taxi app on your Smartphone, you can quickly and easily book a taxi – skipping any telephone queues
Hreyfill Taxi receives orders in the Reykjavik and Reykjanes area.


By using your phone’s GPS the app finds your current location. Please note that if the app is not allowed access to the phone’s location the app will not be able to locate you. The app also needs access to the phone’s filesystem to save your configuration, messages and trip information.
Users with an account can have an username associated with the account number to book a trip on the account.

Ef forritið tapar auðkenningunni, sem kemur fyrir öll forrit ef þau eru ekki opnuð í einhvern tíma þá er ekki hægt að skrá sig aftur inn því log in with phone number aðgerðin skilar villu um að notandi með þetta númer sé þegar til. Hef ítrekað reynt að koma þessum upplýsingum til Hreyfils en þeir gera ekkert í málinu.

Allt kringum að logga sig inn, fa lykilorð er bilað.
náði að logga inn með símanúmeri. þegar ég ætlaði að uppfæra upplýsingar um mig “notandan” þá henti foritið mér út og lokaðist.
kerfið segir að ég sé með aðgang gegnum netfang. get stofnað nýtt lykilorð en get ekki loggað mig inn með því.

forritið virkaði þegar ég var innskraður og virtist vera notendavænt. bæði hvernig er bókaðir bíll og hægt að sjá bæði aður en bíll kemur, tilkynning að bíll er lagður af stað og væntanlegur. hægt að sja eldri sögu pantaðra fara en öll notendaumgjörð að logga sig inn, geta uppfært notendaupplýsingar er í ólestri. mjög óeðlilegt að vera hent út úr forritu (það krassar) og rkki hægt að logga sig inn.

Ótrúlega erfitt að slá inn heimilisfang. 
Fjórum sinnum hef ég pantað bíl sem hafa oft dottið út og hef þurft að panta aftur en eldri pöntun enn virk án þess að sjá það. 
Hef fengið það staðfest hjá bílstjórum að þetta er staðreynd. 
Ef það á að uppfæra öpp til að bæta þjónustu er það frábært. En þið stjórnendur hjá Hreyfli eruð algerum villigötum!
Þið takið ekki einu sinni það eldra út.

Fetched the app, and started to play with it.

Has a few glitches, but seems like a really great upgrade over the previous one.

This app, and Hreyfill’s service, is extremely important for Iceland IMO, so here’s a list of opportunities for improvement I’ve encountered so far. If they were addressed, then I would give the app a 5-star rating:

1. when I registered via SMS, the app did not notice the SMS and thus did not offer to autofill the confirmation code, which is standard practice UX in modern iPhone apps.

2. When adding a credit-card, it asked me for a name of the card first as a separate step, which is weird since most Icelanders probably just have one active crefit card.

3. It did not offer a sign-in via rafræn skilríki, which is standard practice in Iceland today.

4. When adding a credit card, the app did not offer to scan the card via the camera, which is standard practice today.

5. The app did not offer to hook up Apple Pay as a payment option, again standard practice today.

6. The app is trying to put some business booking system in my face, which has no meaning for me, and I suspect for most users, and thus should not be a prominent UI by default.

7. The app is trying to get me to choose between a stationwagon, sedan, and big car. I believe that people do not actually care about this distinction however. They care about other dimensions, such as luggage capacity, passenger capacity, minimum level of car quality, maximum price range, wheelchair accessibility, smoke-free, etc.

8. The pop-up-window bounce effect, e.g. to add a comment, is too much of a good thing. It literally causes nauseating feelings in me. If I were intoxicated, then I might have trouble with this, which is IMO important information to consider due to the target audience of the app.
