Overall a nice and convenient app but there is one annoying feature that needs to be fixed. Imagine you are to fly to Stockholm from a different time zone and want to prebook a taxi on arrival. The app asks you for the landing time. You check your flight booking, which always gives you the local time, and enter it in the app. The app however thinks you are entering the local time of where you are at the moment and automatically converts it to Swedish time. So if, for example, you are booking from the UK it will add an hour to the time you entered. If you don’t notice that nobody will be waiting for you on arrival.

Great to be able to book a taxi via this app before leaving the uk. Was like having a private car waiting - a helpful and friendly driver with my name on a card - perfect! App gives notifications in Swedish but all in English within the app. Car tracking and fixed pricing. Excellent.

First time in Stockholm, have used this Company three times and have had no problem. The service has been good and even when we went to the wrong address through a genuine mistake the driver stopped the meter. Will be coming to Stockholm frequently and have downloaded the App.

Drivers can be useless when you are a passenger, and they are downright aggressive when you are a pedestrian in town - possibly a benefit when you are on board but socially contemptible.

Bokade resan kvällen innan. Får sen ett sms 10 minuter innan förbokad resa där det står att chauffören kan bli sen. Sen ringer chauffören 2 minuter efter förbokad tid och säger att han är 11-12 minuter bort. Tur att jag lyckades få ta på en Uber och ändå hann med mitt flyg.

Älskar Taxi Stockholm, de har alltid trevliga chaufförer, kommer i tid och har fräscha bilar.

Oftast mycket bra och pålitligt bolag! Vi reser alltid med er. När det gäller sjuktransporter har vi fått andra bolag och deras service är inte lika bra. När jag blev akut sjuk före jul och inte fick någon hjälp med mig tog chauffören tag i det hela. Han följde mig till rätt mottagning. Det glömmer jag aldrig.
