It’s not good if pre book, rush hours or weekend as so slow finding a cab when there’s plenty around. Drivers can be a bit fussy with picking the jobs up.  As sometimes wait over hour to find someone.  Uber is better but expensive

One obvious feature is missing from the app: the ability to save your vehicle requirements with your user profile for future journeys (in my case, a wheelchair ramp, driver assistance, and no combi vans). I waste minutes each time trying to remember where you put these controls — it isn’t anywhere obvious or intuitive. But God help me if I forget to specify them: you’ll send a bloody combi van unsuitable for wheelchairs…

This service cannot be used for any appointments or anything you need to be there for at a certain time. It cannot be booked in advance and the app is useless and will say something is booked when it’s not even allocated. They only give you cabs “subject to availability “. So basically a disabled person’s can service that is unusable for hospital appointments or the theatre or anything and cannot be booked in advance. Totally useless. This is how we are treated by all services actually.

London black cabbies are the best! You can trust their training and their knowledge and they can’t do enough to help this wobbly disabled person! Only problem is at busy times you often can’t get a cab at all. Then they send you a standard taxi (if you’re lucky), which aren’t half as good, or trustworthy.

Almost impossible to use; the words overlap on both iPad and iPhone. A pity because the humans who run Taxicard are extremely kind and helpful

The location services and inputting of addresses on this app do not work at all.  Just can’t get it to work

Some examples are:
our house is incorrectly listed with the the wrong address with or without location services turned on or off.
our address is show at the other end of the road. 
When searching for a address using a post codes loads of addresses are missing.
Some addresses won’t even show up or can’t be selected. 
The app is meant to be more quick and convenient then calling and booking on the phone line but instead it’s broken and stressful. Not great for a service that’s meant to me to help those with mobility issues. (I have already reported this to customer services)
