Fantastic service. Helpful, friendly and polite drivers.
It could be a really good service if only it worked! I suspect that at least 50% of my bookings have to be cancelled and switched to Uber because booked cabs never arrive within a reasonable time of the booking. Also it would be helpful if one had the option of choosing a suitable cab - eg in my own case an LEVC Electric cab - the only ones I can comfortably get into and out of. Most of the drivers say the service has got seriously worse since Computer Cab was taken over by Addison Lee.

Not always able to book a ride on time to my destination, hopefully it will get better, nice & helpful drivers
I have absolutely no clue why it was changed from difficulty level 5 to 10. Please make it a bit more user friendly as some of us depend on this; to and from our multitude of hospital appointments.
Great concept but it’s really useless. No one accepts the job and when you cancel you lose the allowance even though it’s not actually accepted by anyone.
I have been recently awarded a Taxicard and booked via the Taxicard app a few days ago for 2 journeys today. Was looking forward to being able to access more community amenities with Taxicard . Had taxi booked for 4.30pmbut got an automated 4.35pm, 4.45pm and 4.45pm to say still looking for driver. Cancelled at 4.55pm and booked an Uber. No taxi turned up at 6.30pm for return visit and no communication to let me know what’s going on. Again had to use another private hire. Got a text at 4.45pm from Addison Lee (I assume on behalf of yourselves) to say taxi arriving in 10 minutes. Private hire was already on its way. I was so upset to find myself let down and having to scramble to find alternative arrangements. Disgusted and dismayed to read so many reviews from disabled and vulnerable like myself who have been let down by your service. I don’t know how people can work for a company tendered to provide a necessary public service and fail to deliver with no consequences. After a day of Carer deciding fo show up 1 1/2 hours late and yourselves not being your word, I go to bed with tears in my eyes and heaviness in my heart.
Really really bad they never give you a taxi tell 2hr after you made your booking thes app is so bad I have now stop using it and I depend on it to get me around
I dunno who this app is for, but it certainly isn't blind Taxicard holders. I could not find my home address despite all the others in my block being listed; it almost seemed to spite me. Then I could not even go through the booking flow because even after entering addresses manually I could not navigate the fields for pickup and dropoff. Someone developing the app should try using this app with VoiceOver, because they clearly haven't done so yet and blind Taxicard holders are clearly better served by the (barely adequate, itself) Uber. The time I'll save by just calling my local cab firm will more than make up for the frustration of using this app, or remembering and phoning in my Taxicard number. Very, very unhappy!
