## TAXICO Description
Taxico App allows you to create bookings with the Hunter Valley Taxico dispatching system, which services the Pokolbin, Wine Country (Hunter Valley Vineyards) and Singleton areas. You can use your current location or enter an address.

Features:
Create an 'As Soon As Possible' booking or a Pre-Booking. Manage multiple bookings.

Receive notifications when the vehicle is en-route or when the vehicle has arrived at the pickup address.

As the booking is placed directly from the APP, there is no waiting on hold for an operator to take the booking. You get an estimate of the fare and facility to pay by credit card.

Once the driver accepts the booking, the vehicle is displayed on the map.

I used the Taxico app for the very first time today as I attended a wedding at Peppers Creek Chapel & Barrel Room. I booked a taxi through the app and not once did the fare appear. The fare from Singleton ended up costing me $105. I should have booked an Uber as they would have been $60 cheaper. At the end of the day I blame myself for foolishly using a new taxi app that did not provide a fare estimate at the time of booking.

The developers need to fix the “no fare estimate” in the very near future so other users are not caught out as I was today.
