I cant believe that in 2024 an app hides the number of the driver the moment they start the ride. I kept waiting for more than 30 min on the street bcz when a dumb driver starts the ride and doesn’t show up, you can’t call them or start another ride. A 2 year old does better apps.

Unfortunately so stupid way to open an account in this application 

You should put your phone number to have a code to enter it, and then they will be contacting you automatically from Qatar. The call will last only 1 second without saying a word, and all what you can do is to wait another 15 minutes to do it exactly the same 😂

However, I have Bolt app which is more convenient in Lebanon. It's a shame. This mistake shouldn't be allowed to happen unless you want no more expansion maybe

It’s very easy to tell me that you don’t work in the zone I’m ordering my service from/to. You can spare me from the “X is assigned for your order” then “X has canceled your order” then “Y is assigned for your order” and then “Y has canceled your order”. Even worse is providing the wrong details to the driver. I live in Tripoli and that’s where I assigned my order for a specific day, and the next second the driver called me to tell me that it is assigned now and in Khalde?
