please inform your drivers how to use the application, i had to use another app because it’s not possible to order twice and it could take so long so he notice

Very very bad customer service , very poor service !!! And alot of drivers disrespectful and dirty cars and bad smelll!! This is in Qatar …

Worst app ever

Worst application in every single term Bad drivers Bad managment Bad system If you are searching for the worst thing application to download congrats you are at the right place

Don’t assign an order if its area is not of your working zone

It’s very easy to tell me that you don’t work in the zone I’m ordering my service from/to. You can spare me from the “X is assigned for your order” then “X has canceled your order” then “Y is assigned for your order” and then “Y has canceled your order”. Even worse is providing the wrong details to the driver. I live in Tripoli and that’s where I assigned my order for a specific day, and the next second the driver called me to tell me that it is assigned now and in Khalde?

Can’t access messages

When the driver arrived he contacted me through the app. However i could not enter to the message and reply to him. Thank god that he contacted me via Whatsapp. This issue should be solved sobthat we can communicate with each other (passenger-driver)
