I booked and waited for more than 10mins for the driver and when he arrived he left without picking me up and started the trip on the app. Then he finished the booking halfway and I got charged half of the fee. I tried to call him but he didn’t pick up then tried again then it is unavailable already. Stole my money then block my number wtf
I booked a trip for 8qr coz it’s cheaper than Uber but I ended up paying 11.13qr. Very bad experience
Now a days these app is not convinient. You cannot track or make a complain regarding to your ride
The price is low when you book and gets so high when you reach your destination.
as per the driver said, the service is not official and if there is spot checking by police, they will give penalties due to some debts of this company that they didn’t pay the bill. I don’t how true but many drivers telling me, if police checking and asked what or where I booked, rather say UBER a super your drivers....

Super cheap and you get what you pay for
We always wait for drivers and needed to call for follow up where are they. Taking long routes also to maximise the amount customer will pay.
