Kansellering
Er veldig greit med en kanselleringsfunksjon for svipper. Ruter var nede, gg bussen forsinket så jeg bestilte taxi som en back-up, men fikk ikke kansellert da bussen faktisk kom 😊

Forhåndsbestilt taxi kom aldri
Hva er vitsen med å bestille på forhånd når man bare havner i ordinær kø på tidspunktet taxien skulle ha kommet? Bestilte rullestoltaxi for å hente bilen på service, verkstedet stengte og jeg fikk aldri taxi. Bruker aldri mer Nedre Romerike taxi.
Ikke mulig å logge på, ikke mulig å resette passord
Dette er en god app men nå er det ikke lenger mulig å logge på og man får ikke Mail når man prøver å resette passord. Heldigvis har jeg fortsatt gammel telefon men dette må dere fikse
Søndag morgen
Hei, bestilte taxi 12 timer før jeg skulle ha taxi. Men turen ble aldri tildelt bil. Så det endte med at jeg måtte ta min egen bil å kjøre selv. Dårlig service🙁
Perfekt tur
Hyggelig sjafør og behagelig bil
Fungerer ikke å logge inn
Veldig bra app i utgangspunktet, men etter oppdatering fungerer det ikke å logge inn lenger - ei å opprette ny bruker… Får ikke Mail når man trykker glemt passord.
Får ikke logget på
Får ikke logget på appen. Feilmelding om at «noe gikk galt». Får heller ikke tilsendt lenke til gjenoppretting av passord når man trykker på glemt passord.
Ikke bra
Sjåfør var 17 minutter forsinket. Ringte ikke før han var utenfor. Da jeg sa at jeg hadde dratt pga at han var forsinket, la han på. Jeg bruker tjenesten hver uke, og har stolt på den.
Rullestoltaxi
Kommer alltid for sent, umulig å stole på.
Sjåføren
Sjåfører oppleves også dessverre svært individuelt. Håper Nedre Romerike tar dette på alvor og siler ut sine profesjonelle sjåfører.
