En janvier j avais réservé un trajet, le chauffeur est arrivé a l heure meme en avance donc c était parfait le trajet s est très bien passé et là j ai annulé une réservation en avance j ai pu me mettre très facilement en contact avec un membre de l équipe ( par google) qui m a confirmé l annulation et le remboursement. L application est juste parfaite. 😃😎

Bonjour j’ai réservé je suis arrivé à la Gare Montparnasse j ai cherché l ‘ endroit où étais le taxi j ai demandé il mon répondu qu’il ne connaissait pas ce nom de Taxi du coup obligé de prendre un autre taxi dégouté et très fatigué avec le voyage je ne le reprendrais pas vraiment désolé pour la société mais vraiment déçu aussi
