I tried to send an email but only got an automated response with no follow up. I had a legitimate version of the OTP pro licence, and I would like it restored for life with no additional subscription fees please. So now I’ve spent all this money and time for an app I HATE using but still have to use it or go pay the same for another app I’m not sure of. I even looked to see if I could email the app designer before leaving this review, but I couldn’t find a way to contact them. Which is another flaw. I wonder why they don’t want to be contacted? It’s very laggy, crashes fairly often (even on a new iPad), and, arguably worst of all, Sketches locks nearly all the brushes and brush customization behind a ridiculous $10/month or $70/year subscription (which USED TO BE a one-time purchase of around $10). It takes forever to load the app, and when you finally do, you immediately get an advertisement for a Tayasui Suite subscription. Not to mention you can’t even use Sketches offline anymore without that subscription. Additionally, I’ve been completely locked out of my drawings for over a month. Inputting a custom canvas size seemed to automatically default to 0x0, and since that incident, I’ve been wholly unable to use the app due to repeated crashing. I’ve contacted support several times over this, which, after the initial week long wait for a response, have been quite quick to respond and have tried to help. Unfortunately, even after several app and iOS updates, the issue has persisted and I’ve been using other apps.
