You guys clearly have never used buses, or your common sense for that matter. How do you expect users to use this app when there’s not even an ETA or travel duration stated anywhere in this app, let alone each buses’ amenities, reviews, drop points, and ratings? You can’t even select other terminals as boarding point. You can’t sort or filter based on ETA. You can’t check the reviews of the buses. Ratings and reviews are how I decide if the bus operator is safe enough for me to ride. If I get into a bus accident cause the bus driver drives like pelesit but I cannot know that cause you wont let users rate the bus, will you take responsibility? Not to mention, you hired TCT Apps Solution to develop this app, a company with past controversy of charging unauthorised transactions to people’s TnG, that to this stay still hasn’t been cleared yet. How do you expect your customers to trust this app? Yet your employees at TBS force users to book tix at the terminal or thru your app, which is fine if the app is already refined, tested and verified for its quality, efficiency, security and practicality, but YOUR APP IS A GOOD-FOR-NOTHING REVOLTING PUTRID WASTE OF A HUMAN EXCREMENT. There I said it. Then you still have the audacity to force us to buy from you and refuse tickets purchased from other apps like RedBus, to the point a lot of users had to purchase a second ticket just cause your employees are incompetent and arrogant. You didn’t even give users an appropriate migration time, you released this app 6 months ago with no ads whatsoever, and you expect all of us to immediately use your functionless app with no prior notice whatsoever. TCT APPS SOLUTION, throw away the ‘Apps’ in your name to the trash if this is how you make apps for the largest bus terminal in Malaysia. All you guys had to do is analyse other bus apps, and recreate the exact same feature as they already did and improve some parts here and there, but no, you decide to scrap everything and come up with a pointless, possibly-made-by-a-3-year-old app to the public with no consideration of what users want and need whatsoever. TBS you are a million dollar company, you generate tens of millions of ringgit of revenue each year, and you cant even be competent in making a single useful app. If you cant do that, that’s fine if you just let us use other more reliable apps, but you just had to be incompetent, deficient, greedy and heavy-h -- watermelona, 2026-06-29 ### *---- "SO BAD!!!!!!"
