## TBS: The Benefit Solution Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Crashes"
App crashes as soon as you type in your login details and press submit.
-- Dpg1111990, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Does very little"
This is basically a glorified, clunky web browser.

It adds little value besides giving you a way to navigate to webpages that contain information on various benefits, several of which require a further separate login.
-- seismography, 2024-12-14

### *---- "JS Cat"
Useless. I have to login from a PC at work as the app never let me login. Shame that large and reputable companies are using such poor applications
-- Pirate of the 7 seas, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Poor"
Can’t really comment on the app as each time I try to log in it crashes and closes

iPhone 15 pro max
-- Spennny, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Useless"
Absolutely useless app. I’ve changed my password I don’t know how to many times but no power on earth will grant you access to this app. What a waste of time. How a company can produce an app that doesn’t work in this day and age is beyond me
-- SJJW23, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Annoying App"
The worst App ever as I have been unable to log in for months and months, not getting any further than submitting my username and password and then it just freezes, even when dealing with Aon on the telephone you go round in circles so I have decided to transfer my pension to another company.
-- Big Ste75, 2024-10-05

### *---- "Doesn’t let me log in"
This app continually forgets my login details, forgets I have FaceId set, meaning I have to login via the web - reset my password and reset all the security questions.

I’ve just tried logging in this morning and it has asked me to answer all five security questions - with the added bonus of not telling me which actual questions I set in the first place! I have to choose the correct question, and remember the answer.

Utterly frustrating - an absolute pile of rubbish of an app.
-- cjthorpe73, 2024-09-11

### *---- "Useless"
This app is impossible to login in to or be able to reset password or set security questions. Just sends you round in circles. Its almost like a deliberate ploy to keep users off the app
-- Wsjjdhdh, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Login and loading is horrendous"
You need to be able to use this able on the move but it missed out more times as it just never loads

Especially at a weekend !!

Must do better
-- Kbarlow2, 2024-08-25

### *---- "The most useless app ever"
This app quite frankly should be removed from the App Store. It’s appalling and, judging by the other reviews, the vast, vast majority are of the same view. I’ve spent hours, literally hours, trying to access this app. When I finally get through and try again a few days later, it doesn’t recognise my credentials so I have to go through the whole process all over again. The developers seem intent on doing absolutely nothing about it judging by the other comments. Needless to say, I’ve deleted.
