### *---- "terrible customer service- never coming back"
We have an autistic child who loves to wander around yet the manager seemed to think this was a problem; despite our little one not harming anyone or interrupting anyone else's meal. She was simply sat at an abandoned table and apparently that brought such an uproar amongst staff although she cannot help it. Not only this but the music was BLASTING so much so it was hard to hear anyone around me so if you're looking for a calming atmosphere for lunch you won't find it there. The food portions are absolutely miniature and that's understandable for an all you can eat buffet however as we started ordering desserts and was enjoying the first round, the waiter told us that this had to be our last round. What's the point in calling it an all-you-can-eat if it's not all we can eat.

Booked a table having to pay a deposit of £10 then needed to cancel due to emergency rang them to inform as per their website which informs you to ring and cancel and deposit will be refunded over the phone to your card they refused to do this

While in Manchester for the weekend my cousin and I visited the Chinese all-you-can-eat Bury location, expecting to find a delectable meal that we could rekindle our old family bonds over. Paid for, in full, by my loving mother and father at no less than £25 per person - a shocking rate at the best of times - we were mortified to find this joke of meal. The portion sizes were minuscule (thank god!), the noodles were a dry metaphor for the entangled dissatisfaction we faced throughout out evening. By far the most exotic dish that we encountered was a soggy chicken nuggets coated in salt, leaving our mouths in desperate need for drinks - which were not even included in the heinous price! While I could go on for pages about the litany of disappointments from that night, I refuse to waste anymore of my precious time on this godforsaken excuse for a restaurant. The robots were cute though.

We booked a party of 11 people, after reading reviews i expected the food to take ages but it come within 5-10 mins of ordering which is quick especially because we ordered loads of dishes. Portions are small but i preferred that because i wanted to order a few different dishes and wouldn't of been able to finish them if they were full portions. Nice food, good service

Not the traditional help yourself buffet but a robot waiter what more do you want. The portions are small, maybe it’s the minimise food wastage, but there’s plenty of meats, noodles and rice. And can order as much as you want. Good old East Asian cookery.

### ***-- "My honest and balanced opinion"
I’ve been to this buffet many times and I’m going to give my honest options from my experience. The staff are brilliant and very professional. They catered for my dad once who only wanted prawns, they brought plates of prawns until my dad said stop lol that’s one example of how great the staff are.
 
FOOD
Ok the food for the most part  is good and has taste but some items sometimes can feel warmed up or re- cooked leaving them very dry and to crispy to chew. But as it’s a buffet you can just keep ordering more of other items. There is alot on the menu to choose from, the bowl size is small but, I think it’s too reduce waste but you can order 2 or 3 bowls of the same item in one go if you want a larger portion your in a buffet remember lol. The robot waiter is a cool feature mostly for the kids who will be amazed by the robot.

PRICE
It does feel overpriced, If they lowered the price a little I think it would bring in more customers. I’ve been to other buffets that are cheaper with similar standard of food and tasted. 

HYGIENE
The restaurant is very clean, toilets are clean, tables, cutlery and plates are very clean. Plenty of room in the restaurant and many tables. If you want a quiet spot for a couple or a large table for a party this restaurant can provide that. It has a elevator for disabled and prams etc.

Overall a good experience the only issue I have is some food can feel warmed up / re-cooked and the price could be reduced slightly. The restaurant is clean the staff are very professional and they will cater to your food needs. Say hello to the robot’s.

I cannot stress enough please don’t go here from the staff to the food the whole experience was a nightmare and resulted in 2 cases of food poisoning I have never had such a horrible time in a restaurant.

Food quality poor. Tepid to cold on arrival to the table. After ordering advised 12 minutes for food/drinks arriving. We waited over 20 minutes for our main courses and they were ‘delivered’ by a human!!!

Called here today for lunch with my friend the staff were very helpful and polite with a smile on their faces  service was fantastic
The food was amazing and very tasty, could of been a bit hotter for me but that’s just my opinion as I always like my food piping hot,

We have now given this place 3 chances since the help yourself buffet ended… genuinely used to love this place. Its now truly awful. Cold food arriving. Pork ribs that smelled off. Shredded (grey)Duck & pan cakes awful. Just save your money and go elsewhere. The only decent thing I found was a miniscule piece of steak in pepper sauce. Orders were missed but shown on the app as ordered… sad to say we wont be back.
