I’ve never had an issue with the app until recently. 75% of the time now is stays on the loading screen and I can’t use the app. Super frustrating.

The app is slow and half of the time it doesn’t even load when I open it. They use some built in web browser to access their data and it’s terrible. They need to build an actual mobile UI and not just direct you to their website. The card scanning is neat but rarely works unless you have perfect lighting and even then not reliable.

Can’t get past the loading screen. Completely broken. When are you going to fix this nonsense?

I have been using TCGplayer for at least 3 years now, and nothing was ever deleted or corrupted. The only thing that was ever wrong with this app was the inability to scan anything but Yu-Gi-Oh.

Every time I try and open the app, I’m immediately blocked at the blue title screen. It says it’s loading up the app, but it just freezes! For the past month I have been deleting the app and redownloading JUST to reset the app. Even with every download, I can only use the app one time before I delete and start the cycle over. Devs, FIX THIS APP.

The fact that EVERYONE is saying the same thing and complaining of the non loading app for 2 months and it’s still not fixed. What an absolute joke.

I love the TCGplayer website, so I had high hopes downloading this app. The scanner doesn’t work at all, and the guides to explain how it works show up as empty white bubbles. Completely unusable.

This app requires me to login every time I open it… and if I forget to login then any work I’ve done on adding cards to my buy list (of which there isn’t just a simple buy list to add cards to without choosing a seller)… then those cards get wiped when I close the app again. For a busy person like me who doesn’t have time to spend sixty minutes consecutively adding cards one-by-one, I need a solution that works for my busy lifestyle when I am constantly interrupted. I also hate that if someone else buys the card from the same seller I have to go back in and spend more time trying to buy the same card again. I also am exhausted from trying to select cards all from one seller so I don’t have to pay a.) shipping or b.) the outrageous TCG mark up when they house it. We need to seriously add some quality of life features to the app for busy people who can maybe spend five minutes here and there adding cards to a buy list until they are ready to place a large order. And the last time I used the automated option it was less than intelligent and practically doubled the costs of my order so I had to start all over…. How have executive management not acknowledged this is a critical flaw?

The app seems awesome, my partner uses it for scanning and tracking their Magic collection. However, as someone who is getting into the Digimon Card Game, it saddens me that the app doesn’t even let you manually add the cards. Would love to use this cool app’s features and scanning functionality with my own collection.

For the last couple months the app doesn’t work or open. Have to delete and install the app again so it could work maybe less than a handful of times until the same issue occurs. Please fix.
