Used to be good, won’t connect new plugs, I’ve got a refund, and now I’m deleting the app.
Smart plug
I love having my smart plug. It has been a great help to me now as gas heating is so expensive and when I go out I turn the heating off. As a quick boost I can now turn my fan heater on through my Smart plug before I get home. Also at various time throughout the day as a boost

It’s alright, could be better
I have a TCP Smart LED strip lights. The box said that it was compatible with Siri, so I tried to set it up. I spent half an hour trying to do this. Just to realise that it doesn’t work with Siri. I am annoyed about this because the box said they were compatible. Sometimes the app is slow to load. The setup was quite easy. It could do with better instructions with more detail for people who don’t know how to use. Apart from everything else, I love my LED lights. It will maybe be good to include a remote instead of just the app. Also making some of the scenes of LED lights better. Apart from all of this, the lights are quite good. I have also found that sometime the lights turn on by themselves, meaning I have a come home on my LED lights are on. I don’t know why this is I would like that to be prevented so that they are not on all day. So I would really like to see a remote as well as app so that it is easier for some people.
