## TD MySpend Description
The TD MySpend app helps you to stay on top of your spending. For the best TD MySpend experience, download the TD Canada app for iPhone.

By clicking "Get", you consent to the installation of the TD MySpend app provided by the TD Bank Group* and to any future updates/upgrades. The TD MySpend app is free to download, however standard wireless carrier message and data rates may apply.

TD MySpend helps you keep track of your money so you can improve your spending habits. As a TD customer, download the TD MySpend app, and your TD personal bank account and TD Credit Card Account transactions are automatically available in TD MySpend to monitor your spending.

• Daily Digest – receive a summary of the previous day's transactions and choose when you want to be notified (between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m. each morning).
• Stay on top of your finances with real-time notifications every time there's an eligible debit or credit transaction on your account(s).
• Transactions are automatically categorized for you so you know exactly where your money goes.
• Use the Spending Insights Meter to get a glimpse of how you're spending compared to your historical activity.
• Review and compare your current spending with Money Path to see if there are spikes in your spending habits.
• Use TD MySpend to track your cash flow across accounts and see the whole picture.
• Create a wishlist of savings goals and get insights to help you make these goals happen.

I really want to like this app. I feel that it has many tracking features that I could use. The problem is that it does not let me add my line of credit as an account (it only uses my saving and chequing). Unfortunately, this means that my spending reports are never correct as I will often pay bills from my LOC. It will congratulate me for spending less this month when really my spending could be obscenely high. Until this is fixed the app is not of value to me.

Open the MySpend app, redirects you to min TD app, which then redirects you back to the MySpend app which may or may not get stuck trying to log in.

Doesn’t have custom categories which is disappointing.

Wasn’t expecting to write about missing basic features in 2025, but here we are. This app loses much of its value due to the inability to add custom categories. For instance, there are no categories for “Pets” and “Kids,” or you can’t break down “Shopping” into subcategories. Another issue that drives me crazy is the Spending Meter. It only accounts for “Wants” and “Needs,” while everything in the “Other” category—like payments, gifts, donations—is ignored.

The app is convenient for tracking basic expenses like groceries, but for full budget control, you still need other apps. And here’s the kicker: even though this app integrates with others, most rely on the Plaid platform, which apparently doesn’t work correctly with TD Bank. I’ve tried to link my account in three different apps, and none of them succeeded.

So please, fix the categories, and I’ll happily give you 5 stars!

Since upgrading from iPhone 12 to iPhone 16, the push notifications for credit card transactions are no longer working. This makes the app virtually useless!

Got a new credit card back in July and to this day, it has not been added to the TD MySpend app, I have tried deleting and reinstalling and still no fix. Can this be resolved? I find this as an issue as I do not get instant transaction notifications. I see multiple people share this issue.
