## TDS Home Wi-Fi Reviews in United States

### *---- "Literal scam"
Okay okay I know, lotta people on here saying it’s bad. Lotta people on here saying it’s great, but just hear me out. The fact of the matter is they don’t WANT you to pay your bills and manage your account online. If they can get you to pay over the phone they can charge you a “convenience fee” which of course isn’t a crazy huge fee but over the course of many months it adds up. So they make their website close to impossible to navigate for ANYONE(not just older folks, I myself am 23 and have a ton of issues with it) and they make their app deny you at the door. And of course for some people TDS is the ONLY option as they have the area monopolized. This should absolutely be illegal, if they cared at all about customer satisfaction they would update their website/app instead of leaving it completely broken.

### *---- "Does not work"
Does not let you login at all, it will start loading once you enter your login info and then send you back to the main menu asking you to try again in a few minutes.
-- Josiah 💜, 2025-03-31

### *---- "Can’t get app to login"
I have tried multiple times to login to this app. But each time it fails and says there was a problem and please try again in a few minutes. I know my password is correct. I even got an authentication text message put in the code and then it’s still. Wouldn’t let me in and said there was a problem to try later. I just want to change my Wi-Fi password what the f!!

### *---- "It’s terrible"
WONT LET ME LOGIN
-- GCYANGGG, 2025-03-16

### *---- "Trash"
App won’t even let me login
-- TEACHMEANGEL, 2025-02-03

### *---- "It doesn’t work"
It just does work when you try to log in.
-- Bob_1234 ., 2025-01-12

### ***** "Whats with all the low ratings?"
this app is confusing at first, like many apps similar to this, but once you figure out exactly what the app can offer and how to use it, this app is great! it took me maybe five minutes to troubleshoot how freezing a device works and I feel like most of these low star ratings are from people who didn’t try to trouble shoot and instead just blamed the app 🤷‍♀️ maybe ill run into issues in the future but as of right now this app is nice and direct
-- Beana Bob, 2024-12-29

### ***** "Why so negative?"
The app let me sign in and works how it’s supposed to. I don’t know why it’s rated so low.
-- AnthonyE55555, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Dog sht"
Biggest piece of sht app
-- KeanMachine, 2024-12-07

### *---- "Can’t even log in"
Always says “sorry there has been an error, try again in a couple minutes.”
