2 months after the purchase the game log off by itself. Sent an e-mail to support, and a week later the answer was simply to try switching off the “school” setting to check if it works, which did not. Further attempts to reach support were made. Never got a reply back. More than a month has elapsed already…

Kids loved creating and going on adventures with their own monster. The kids phonics practice became fun and they really advanced their phonics as a result! Great app!
