Teachable online courses

I thought it’d be really nice to be able to check my lessons in an app and proceeded to download it. However when I try to log in there’s a message that says “Login Failed”. No matter how many times I’ve tried the result is always the same. I tried changing my password, deleting and re downloading the app, in different devices but no change. I have no trouble login in through the web but the app just doesn’t work. The worst is that I sent a message almost a year ago through their support and contact page for the same reason but never got a reply. Terrible user/customer service.

Intento ingresar con mi contraseña (habilitada) y no ingresa, la contraseña esta bien porque con esa misma acceso desde la página pero ek la aplicación no me funciona haciéndola inútil al menos en en iPhone 13 pro más con versión 15.4.1 espero que loa desarrolladores lo solucionen

Estoy en mi teachable web para escritorio y trato de ingresar por el iPad y no me reconoce la contraseña. Lo peor es que después de haberla cambiado me ingresa a la plataforma y oprimí un botón que dice OK el cual te saca de tu cuenta, súper inútil el botón a mi criterio. En fin de cuentas, la app tiene un garrafal error al no poder ingresar la contraseña en la página de Log In.

Laziest engineers in App Store too

Doesn’t load then closes. It worked really well for about a day, maybe two. I have tried updating app, iPad and closing and shutting things down and reloading. Nothing works. The Program works well in the web browser but the app is completely failing. I tried to reach out to them and they said they sent my complaint to my school. It isn’t my school’s problem but their program on the app that is the problem. Please fix this.

The two courses I’m enrolled in will not show on the app. I tried signing out, re-downloading, and customer support — it only allows me to contact the school, but everything is working on their end. This is an app issue, not a school issue. How do I contact Teachable, the app developer?

I don't know who successfully used this app, but i can't even get to my school half the time. The other half, i have trouble viewing any of the videos for whatever reason. I recommend this app as a tool to learn patience.

When navigating through the courses, the videos continue playing without pausing. To stop a video, you have to close the app as there is no option to pause it while browsing through other content.

Player seems to time out so audio lectures need to have screen on and app open to continue playing. Player stops when looking at support materials in-app so following along with any page references is near impossible without physical printouts or a separate device to view them on. Downloading content doesn’t seem to make any difference. Apparently the devs have just abandoned the app to “focus on other core features” so I will be requesting classes be transferred to a better app that still recieves support.

Video often keeps playing in the background if you click next lesson button with no way to stop it. Subtitles are not downloaded when using offline. Cannot review quiz answers on mobile as it immediately skips to the next question as soon as you submit. Download functionality is often wonky and sometimes fails but shows up as if it’s completed. I like the idea of learning while being anywhere but the apps basic features need to be fleshed out and improved on.
