You cannot switch from the iPhone app to other screens or AR glasses. The app suspects a copyright infringement and accuses you of trying to copy the videos. So all that remains is mouse cinema.

Mit dem Release vom 18.3.24 8ist das login Problem behoben. Die App funktioniert auf dem iPad hervorragend. Auf jeden Fall angenehmer als im Safari…

Für den Download von ˋunbekannten Inhaltenˋ muss man dann doch in den Browser wechseln. Dies gelingt aber problemlos via link aus der App .

Being able to play the videos on an external TV still doesn‘t work properly which is quite embarrassing for an app whose main objective is playing videos.

I have to admit it’s quite difficult to finde the customer service contact. I have send a bug report over the app and one over the homepage. For those messages I didn’t receive any answer. I found now another support address and received a response so I have to correct my former votes. Since I am receiving help now. 
Maybe it would help to place the right support address for users on a more visible place.

Videos spielt die App schon ab, aber ich muss jedesmal die Playback-Geschwindigkeit neu einstellen und das Video irgendwie ins Vollbild bringen. Einstellungen in der App werden ignoriert.  Da bei vielen Kursen die Lerneinheiten meistens nur wenige Minuten lang sind, ist man eigentlich nur am Klicken und fummeln. So nervig. Und so schade für einen eigentlich guten Dienst.

I can’t even log in to use the app! Reporting the bug in-app doesn’t do anything. On the website it seems like you can only contact the school (who aren’t responsible for development at all).
Given the update history the mobile app seems to be pretty much dead. The app’s not working but still on the App Store?

Auf meinem iPhone 7 kann ich mich problemlos anmelden. Auf meinem iPhone SE 2020, was also auch viel viel neuer ist, klappt es nicht. Und eine genauere Fehlermeldung als "Login failed" kommt natürlich nicht. Aber auf dem iPhone 7, bei dem es funktioniert, finde ich die App super!
