Teachable online courses

Completely useless if we can’t open our courses. From the reviews it seems like this is a normal experience.

I can login on my iPad and on the iPhone of my girlfriend but not on my iPone. I’ve send feedback on this for weeks now and there is no way to reach the customer support.

No iPad version, Downloads are not getting saved and can’t be played offline. Developer doesn’t seem to care.

Schade, ich komme leider nicht in meinem Kurs und die Beschreibung dazu, wie es evtl. gehen könnte, ist mir zu kompliziert, da finde ich keinen konkreten Hinweis. Warum kann ich mich nicht einfach mit meiner Email und meinem Passwort wie im Browser anmelden?

Es ist beeindruckend wie wenig durchdacht das ganze ist, dafür das man so viel Geld damit verdient. Warum muss ich Zug mal Play drücken um etwas abzuspielen? Warum muss ich Ton an extra drücken? Von iPad will ich Rat garnicht anfangen

It would be great to have a full-screen iPad app to properly access the video lessons (eg. auto-forward to the next lesson).

No iPad version for a learning app is really disappointing

I can’t even log in to use the app! Reporting the bug in-app doesn’t do anything. On the website it seems like you can only contact the school (who aren’t responsible for development at all). Given the update history the mobile app seems to be pretty much dead. The app’s not working but still on the App Store?

Die downloads der videos werden anscheinend auf meinem iPad gespeichert, denoch kann ich sie nicht offline abspielen. Was für mich der einzige Grund ist die App überhaupt zu benutzen anstatt die Webseite.

Seit einiger Zeit werden die Downloads nicht mehr geladen. Das ganze Problem ist unabhängig Gerät und von der iOS Version.
