Missing the download feature

Like The iPad app but where is the download feature?

Can’t access the app or report bugs

Wowzatak on

Netherlands

I can’t access the app. I login, and it says “Oh no! We’ve had some server trouble”. Even though I can access my settings and see my account details. Worst part is this just puts you in an infinite loop if you click “retry”, which just kicks you out of the app and takes you back into login. Login works just fine on web too, so I doubt it’s “server trouble” as the error message suggests. The cherry on top is that both from the settings page (within logged in view) and in login page, there’s a report bug button, which does nothing when tapped. In both places. Is someone still working on this app or is it abandonware?

No iPad app

Interface also glitchy.

Love the possibility, still some functions not working well

Dus✨ on

Netherlands

I love the possibility to share my course through an app. It has some hickups here and there though that I don’t know how to solve. Some videos are shown on desktop but not in the app. I never know which or when or how to solve it. And it seems that it can’t show the time of videos longer then an hour. It will say it lasts 8.30 minutes for instance, when it is actually 68.30. That is quite annoying for students trying to plan their classes. Hope this will be fixed soon!

No iPad app and login is impossible

MIBweb on

Come on. Why an app when it doesn’t add anything? The browser doesn’t let me forward or rewind videos so I hoped the app would, but it looks like no because no landscape mode on iPad. And a non functioning app. And no iPad app altogether in these days???

App doesn’t work it’s useless

guruqueengigi on

The app doesn’t allow you to log in. I sent screenshots of my problems and they never got back to me. Tried again today, maybe they’ll be of some help. Don’t bother downloading it. Just use your browser if you’re following a class.

App doesn’t work

I always get the message ‘sorry, we have server trouble’. App just doesn’t work on my iPhone. Already sent them a message about this problem twice. They never answer. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app several times. Doesn’t work. So I follow my courses in the browser.

No iPad app

Well, you are a video service, so having an iPad app is somewhat expected.

🤬No iPad app?? In these times?

🤬No iPad app?? In these times? I ordered a course, but if I new this was not supported…. What a prehistoric support.

No iPad version and no Landscape mode!

craigriches66 on

Netherlands

So disappointed that the developers of this app could not see the necessity to add a dedicated iPad version of this app or enable Landscape view. Considering many would be choosing to access content on a larger screen (especially as the content is educational), wouldn’t it make sense? I see others have the same feeling in the reviews. So, Developers please take note and direct some of that finance toward funding a fully rounded app more suitable for purpose.
