## Teachers jo Description
The Ministry of Education kindly directed the development of e-learning with its simultaneous need to provide its services to teachers remotely, by launching the idea of ​​creating a special electronic platform for teachers training (E-training platform) that works through a range available to all who wish to benefit from the services that it will provide electronically. This platform will provide the necessary courses to qualify teachers, develop them and advance the educational process under the direct supervision of the trainers with electronic exams that qualify the teacher to take a certificate about the course with the use of all possible means of interaction. Through this training platform, the Ministry of Education seeks to provide its services to all teachers in the Ministry of Education or to those who wish to join the education corps, with a future look to also provide specialized training programs for Arab brothers interested in joining the teaching profession.

قامت وزارة التربية والتعليم مشكورة بالتوجه الى تطوير التعليم الإلكتروني مع تزامن حاجتها لتقديم خدماتها للمعلمين عن بعد؛ وذلك بإطلاق فكرة إنشاء منصة الكترونية خاصة لتدريب المعلمين عن بعد (E-training Platform) تعمل من خلال نطاق متاح لجميع الراغبين بالاستفادة من الخدمات التي ستقدمها بشكل الكتروني. هذه المنصة ستقدم البرامج التدريبية اللازمة لتأهيل المعلمين وتطويرهم والارتقاء بالمسيرة التعليمية بإشراف مباشر من المدربين مع وجود امتحانات الكترونية تؤهل المعلم لأخذ للبرنامج التدريبي مع استخدام جميع وسائل التفاعل الممكنة. وتسعى وزارة التربية والتعليم من خلال هذه المنصة التدريبية أن تقدم خدماتها لجميع المعلمين في وزارة التربية والتعليم أو لمن يرغب في الالتحاق بسلك التعليم، مع تطلع مستقبلي لتقديم أيضًا برامج تدريبية متخصصة للأشقاء العرب المهتمين بالالتحاق بمهنة التعليم.
