Worst app I’ve ever used. Keeps crashing. Keeps logging off, a pain in the neck. Apple Pay appears out of no where when the app wants. Only using reason for me to use this app is to keep up with the payments for my son’s school lunch. Else this app isn’t even worth in the bin. The developers ain’t bothered or have turned a blind eye as they are useless.

A bug that needs fixing. You have to sigh out and then back in for the option to pay by Applepay appears. How can we have confidence in its security with a bug like this ?

Can only use iApple Pay once or twice after reinstalling the app, then the option disappears.

So annoying no Apple Pay!

Among it’s issues - you can’t tell which teacher a message is from. Not even which subject. It doesn’t populated the child’s name. You can’t search messages. You can’t reply to messages. It’s just rubbish. Honestly - schools should not use this kind of pointless steaming pile, when the previous decades old solutions (email?) is vastly better in every conceivable way. This is hell for parents, and the developers should be ashamed of themselves. So should any school stupid enough to sign up for this tripe.

My email address is registered with school - but I cannot open app - email address not recognised - school cannot help either

What annoy me the most is when you try and pay for booked dinners. Sometimes you can use Apple Pay and sometimes only card payments come up. Wish this could be fixed so you have more options to pay.

The app regularly freezes, and you’re left with no option but to delete it and reinstall - meaning you have to set it up again right from the beginning. As the school uses the app to communicate, it’s especially important that the app works so that parents/carers don’t miss messages and notifications.

I’ve fed this back before and was told to ensure I had the most recent updates (I always do!) For whatever reason the Apple Pay only works for me if I follow these steps: 1) Select meals for the week and add to basket 2) Checkout No Apple Pay option appears just card even though I know it’s an option 3) Force quite the app 4) Re-open the app 5) View basket - then get the error message that the items have been removed 6) Follow the process again to add the meals 7) Checkout Finally Apple Pay appears! Randomly this only seems to happen on meal bookings - if I was to pay for a school trip the Apple Pay option appears every time, first time Please please make it easier to just pay for the weekly meals without having to follow the above steps. I have the latest software update on my iPhone and also the app!

This app never gives me the option to pay via Apple Pay which is really frustrating. Even more annoyingly I have to enter my card details every single time I need to make payments, which is every week!! When I have paid for credit, it won't let me pay with that eitber. Total nightmare.
