No refund request/option

Kedai cancel order customer, tapi customer tak boleh nak refund. Kalau tak complaint @ customer service (dahlah whatsapp not even the app) sampai bila tak dapat refund 🙃

Item out of stock refund need 30 working days Not refund to bank also , refund to the Tealive wallet also take so long

I install because I get an offer on tealive receipt saying will get RM5 for first 5 drinks. No such offer in apps

plis have cancel order like foodpanda apps !!!!

Payment via card page without responsive

It will auto zoom in when hit input field, after that it cannot let user zoom out. Bad user interface and lack of user experience.

be more specific

before i place my order, i had to top up my tealive wallet as per my order. then, when i order it says ORDER PLACED but actually still finding driver. when there was no driver found, they didnt even send me a notification so i knew nothing. after 1+ hour i checked then i knew. i tried again to order but still no driver. i decided not to order and now my money is in the tealive app forever? i cant even get it back. please resolve
