## TeamBuildr Training Description
Every day, thousands of coaches, trainers, athletes and clients log into TeamBuildr to access quality, structured strength and conditioning programs in addition to features that help streamline any program, gym or team - all in a single app.

A TeamBuildr account is required to login. If you are downloading this app, you must have a TeamBuildr account or have been given an Easy Join Code to join an existing account.

FOR COACHES
- Preview and review workout sessions for all of your athletes and clients
- View key stats for each athlete’s training session such as tonnage, reps, and session duration
- Track progress over time for your athletes including 1RM’s, times, bodyweight and other metrics
- Communicate with your athletes individually or as groups using our in-app chat feature complete with Push notifications
- Dynamic leaderboards showing results for any combination of athletes and clients
- Coach post to the Feed including links, videos, and images to specific groups of athletes or clients

FOR ATHLETES
- Get individualized training from your coach every day in-app
- Record form on video for coach/trainer to review
- Receive detailed workouts with precise %-based weights and instructional videos
- Message your coach, friends and teammates in-app or share pictures and video on the Feed
- Store all your exercise history, including 1RM’s and other PR’s, in the mobile app complete with linear graphs

The TeamBuildr mobile training experience is streamlined, fast and efficient so that coaches continue coaching and athletes can focus on training.

Have an Apple Watch or other wearable? You can sync your data from Apple Health to TeamBuildr and track your daily Exertion alongside your workouts!

My app just stopped working one day for no reason when I tried to get in, nothing was working on the app and it was as if I had no network connection even though I very much do. I can’t rate it high when the app just doesn’t work anymore

Pretty good app I love the idea of it and hope they continue to improve. I do wish the wearables portion worked better. I have a garmin right now and it’s practically useless on the app. I bet if you had an Apple Watch it would work flawlessly though.

I’ve gotten my password changed and I still can’t login. Everytime I try to sign in it says create a new account but I know I have one, I’ve had one for the past 2 years. I also try to use my google sign in and same issue. It wants me to make a new account and the button just keeps loading not allowing me to click it.

### **--- "Finally got kicked off the old app"
When the new app/ design came out ages ago I initially disliked it because it was just more complicated for no reason. Takes up more space on the screen with less color which ultimately just makes it feel less organized and harder to digest what you’re looking at. Also unfortunately I now have to press the workout button instead of just opening the app and already being shown my workout so there’s an extra 0.5 seconds which is just kinda inconvenient. 

I get that you can’t keep old things up and running for forever but man it was just so much better.

As a workout distribution this works great. But the group messages shouldn’t even be integrated to the app if it’s this awful. Chats don’t all show up. Times sent are just not correct and you have to leave and re-enter the app to have a conversation in your group. Makes the app experience fall tremendously and overshadows the good the app does have. Makes it feel buggy and unfinished.

### **--- "Forgot Password function does not work"
I’m a college student athlete who uses this app for weights. It’s fine and gets the job done, but I recently got logged out and I can’t remember my password for the life of me. I know, my fault I forgot it. But I keep trying the “forgot password” option and when it asks me to enter an email, it claims a link has been sent for me to reset it when nothing has been sent. I’ve tried this at least 10 times! Teambuildr people please fix this!

I hate this app with a burning passion of a thousand suns. It randomly logged me today, and when i tried sending the reset link, it won’t send it to my email. I tried sending to multiple emails and it won’t show up for any of them. I already hate exercising, and I’m being forced by my teacher to use this app for my gym grade. it’s safe to say i will always tell EVERYONE that this app is a WASTE OF TIME.

I started using Teambuildr my freshman year of high school and have been using it for the past three years. It has a very sleek UI and is easy to navigate. Moreover, It is good for beginners as certain workouts come with tutorials. As for anyone else, it keeps track of your weight set by set as it should and has never been buggy/glitchy. Definitely recommend using this.

Hi, I’m a high school student who uses this app for my lifting class. When I am using it since sometimes the data here is not good it is hard to continue and log my workouts. Overall I think that this is a good workout app because it is assigned by an instructor and the app tracks your progress. After using this this past 2 weeks I think that you should use this if you are a high school athlete but not if you are trying to do this in your own because it requires a trainer to do these workouts. I think that this app was very easy and effective to use because it left me feeling accomplished but with enough energy to do my homework. Also it was short and left me time to go run and do something else on my own for a little while to challenge myself more. Sadly, this app does not download on the Apple Watch but it still is pretty good to use on your phone.
