## TeamWork OnTrack Reviews in United States

### *---- "Four Seasons Employee"
Employees can't see the weekly schedule as a grid.
To see each day, you have to do an excessive amount of clicking. App is clunky.
-- . *., 2025-01-13

### *---- "Issues"
I’m unable to see my schedule on the “my schedule” area which then doesn’t allow me to pickup/ release any shifts, very very inconvenient.

Trying to request off made difficult, not allowing multiple days in one request is very inconvenient as well.
-- Kenzieeee!, 2024-11-23

### ***** "Solution fast"
I send a email asking for my inconvenience with the app, and someone contacted me and the solution was fast, thanks “
-- florbelbusti, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Freeze"
This app is always freezing when I try to manage my shifts
-- Eddie9302460, 2024-11-19

### *---- "terrible"
cant navigate throught this application because it just lags. cant check my department schedule because when the screen freezes
-- Kuya Billie, 2023-07-24

### *---- "Inappropriate.."
Uh just so you guys know.. the front of your app looks like a swatstika.. like a lot lol. It’s what all my friends thought when I showed them. You might want to change it…
-- sarbina77685, 2023-07-13

### ***** "Love this app!!"
Great tool to share schedules with employees.
-- Finn Conklin, 2022-09-16

### ***-- "Notifications"
Can anyone tell me how to turn on notifications for this app?!!
-- 601keyzLBC, 2019-09-26

### *---- "Inferior and amateur product from an employee perspective"
My team went from printed paper schedules to using HotSchedules about three years ago. Our communication regarding scheduling became simple, direct and most of all WAY MORE EFFICIENT. Anytime we had an issue it was addressed and maintenance related down times on the HS servers were always communicated ahead of time.
My company is now working with Heath and has decided to drop HotSchedules and use this system instead. Since the switch I have had and heard of others having request issues, application access issues, communication issues…
And the basic availability of info on this app is so limited that it is more functional to just use a printed paper schedule and not bother with this.
If you want to make scheduling simpler and communication more efficient go with HotSchedules.

### **--- "No calendar sync???"
Calendar synchronization is a must for this app
-- S.ust, 2014-07-17
