I am unable to see my schedule. Schedule shows up blank,
This could be a five star application. The ability to access patient information, message and carry out functions like refill for prescriptions outside the office is valuable to the provider. The application is user friendly. The downside is that there are times when the app doesn't work. It will not open which makes the whole premise for the app void. There is a delay in updating information in the app to that which is updated in the charts and schedule. The information does not appear to be synchronous with the chart.
Their customer service is slow at best. And, on occasion, they just don’t bother answering. Requested removal of a provider and they just ignored it and charged me anyway. I am so not impressed with them.
Literally cannot even log in anymore it just says internal server error 500… tried everything Update - can now login but cannot download any patient results or documents
Constant internal server errors prevent me from reviewing scanned documents or creating new charts. Very poor customer service, they don’t care about anything but money. Will switch EHRs as soon as contract runs out
Unable to view messages due to “internal error 500” and unable to open and view documents which is very important.
I tried contacting them multiple times they were rude and unhelpful. I sent a request through their online portal and was told that was not functioning. When I told them the problem with the portal I was told that I should have notified them it wasn’t working. This is just not how a good business should function
There are good features of the app and it's handy to be able to use anywhere from a phone or iPad (it's somewhat user friendly once you get used to it) but the last update messed everything up with signing notes and it has been months and it still hasn't been fixed. Since the update, my co-worker has had to use my old iPad (which doesn't hold a charge) because her iPad did the auto update and the issue still isn't fixed (plus they denied that the update caused the issue she was having and she spent many hours on the phone trying to remedy it before realizing that it was indeed caused by the update). Suggestions for improvements with the app: 1) on the calendar showing scheduled patients, there is no way to differentiate between notes that have been signed or ones that are still open (unless you click on them). Need to have it color coded so that you can easily see which notes still need to be completed (for instance background of a patient's name is pink if the note is opened but not yet signed). There is an "open notes" section but it doesn't allow you to "use last" or access past visits from that screen so that open notes section is useless (except it's the only way to see which notes aren't yet signed). 2) if you click on the calendar at a certain time and date (eg. Open slot at 12:10 on Wednesday, and would like to add someone in) it should automatically populate that date and time (not still make you choose it). 3) if you are typing in any of the sections and you scroll up "too hard" it erases everything you just typed. I've had this happen many times to the point that now I continually save it just to make sure I don't lose everything I've written. 4) if you try to tap "save" in the corner of a section that you just typed in and hit just outside of it by a smidge, the box/section closes and you lose everything you just typed. It shouldn't be that easy to close the box (or the save button should be in a safer place) 3/2024 Updates happen but problems persist. Since the last update I’m no longer able to open any documents within patient files (clicking on a document leads to an error code). Still having issues with “use last” button (doesn’t even show up unless you open an old note and then go back to the current note but will often glitch and shut down/close and then have to completely log in again). We have been having ongoing issues with any patients that are scheduled on a recurring basis (can’t access their account from the desktop program an
Out of all of the EMRs I have used, this is by far and away the worst. You would actually have to try hard to make an EMR this bad. It’s incredibly clunky, unorganized, not user friendly, and non customizable, Incredibly surprised any practices would choose to use this.
