فشل جديد مثل كل ما سبق
كما هي عادة ادارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات بمستشفى الهدا السير والتنقل من فشل الى فشل آخر، فلا يوجد اي تغيير بين التطبيق الحالى والسابق ولم يتم اضافة جديد او اصلاح اخطاء، ولا عزاء للادارة الفاشلة المعية للعلم بكل شيئ وهي لا تفه شيئ
