Tech Credit Union Mobile

Like the bank but this app is horrible compared to other bank apps. Whenever I try and transfer money, or make a payment on my car loan with the app it prompt that it can’t find/display my info and to try again later. I’ve updated the app to current and clearly my info is there because I can see it but always displays an error to do the above.

THIS LAME CREDIT UNION DID A COMPUTER UPDATE THAT WAS A COMPLETE FAILURE AND NOW ALL OUR ONLINE BANKING PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED LISTED AS INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT TO MAKE THEM PAY ALL OF THE BOUNCED CHECK FEES. WHEN WE CALLED THEY OFFERED NO INFORMATION AND HAVE NOT REACHES OUT TO ANY MEMBERS YET TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. STAY AWAY FROM TECH CREDIT UNION!!!!!

Love that I can easily view my account, make transfers and deposits with the touch of a button.

When Jim passed away, I was so lost (and still am) when they came in to get our Accounts straightened out. The only Company that actually worked with me and showed me how! And Tech credit has been ahead of the most other banks and Credit Unions when it come to their online banking

I’ve been with Tech forever. I go toe to toe with anyone who doesn’t use or prefer credit unions because my bank is the BUSINESS! Everything I want and need is here and it’s even superior to other credit unions and just about every other financial institution. They don’t call it Tech for nothing. Automatic check deposit, fingerprint login, quick transfers in seconds, scroll back in your account for months... it’s all here and more. 10 stars!

Tech has made improvements to the app over time, but now, I can’t use the bill pay feature from the app!! What the heck, Tech??
