My only complaint is that the alerts are very slow to get to you. On other banking apps the alerts are immediate. Tech’s alerts for withdraws or debits are hours and often a day or more after the transaction. I wanted to set up payments to automatically be withdrawn from my bank account, so I was given the option to open a Money Market Savings so the money from my bank could be transferred into the MMS account. The process was very seamless n I couldn’t thank Lisa Webster enough for her patience n knowledge. I’d love to use TCU for future vehicles. Thanks TCU!
