Mit der TechAssistant 2.0 App mobil auf RATIONAL Serviceinformationen zugreifen
Nutze die TechAssistant 2.0 App, um unterwegs schnell und einfach auf die wichtigsten Serviceinformationen zu den RATIONAL Kochsystemen zuzugreifen:
iCombi Pro, iCombi Classic, iVario, SelfCookingCenter, CombiMaster Plus und VarioCookingCenter.
Melde Dich mit Deiner RATIONAL ID in der App an.

Startseite – Deine zentrale Übersicht
Hier stehen Dir folgende Funktionen zur Verfügung:
Suche – globale Suche 
Suche nach Geräten, Serviceteilen und technischen Informationen.
Gerätespezifische Informationen wie Schaltpläne, Serviceteile und Zusatzinfos findest Du über die Equipmentnummer.
Gib dazu die letzten sieben Ziffern der Seriennummer ein oder scanne den QR-Code vom Typenschild.
Du kannst auch gezielt nach Dokumenten suchen, indem Du passende Suchbegriffe eingibst.

Multifunktions-Scanner
Der Scanner erkennt QR- und Barcodes und führt Dich direkt zu:

- dem passenden Gerät (QR-Code vom Typenschild),
- dem Warenkorb (Barcode auf Serviceteile-Verpackung),
- generiert Passwörter für Optionen (QR-Code am Gerät),
- generiert PINs für den Zugang zur Serviceebene (QR-Code am Gerät).

Geräteinformationen
Wenn Dir keine Serien- oder Equipmentnummer vorliegt, kannst Du hier ein Gerät über Filterkriterien auswählen.
Am Ende der Auswahl erhältst Du Zugriff auf den zugehörigen Serviceteilekatalog.
