## TechnikerApp Description
Die TechnikerApp funktioniert nur in Verbindung mit der Gebäudemanagement-Software 'hausmanager'. Sie können die App testen, indem Sie auf unserer Website (www.net-haus-software.de) eine kostenlose Testphase starten oder den 'hausmanager' bei uns in der Kauf- oder Mietvariante erwerben.



Mit hausmanager und TechnikerApp planen, organisieren und optimieren Sie Ihre Facility-Management-Prozesse rund um Meldungsmanagement, Prüf- und Kontrollroutinen, Auftragsdisposition, Kleinreparaturen, Abrechnung und vielem mehr. Dank der digitalen Effizienz senken Sie Kosten und reduzieren sowohl Wege als auch Aufwände.



Die TechnikerApp



Mitarbeiter vor Ort erhalten Aufgaben und Termine mit Ausführungszeit, Tätigkeitsbeschreibung, Ansprechpartner und allen weiteren Informationen, die zur Bearbeitung notwendig sind. Damit kommt es zu keinen Missverständnissen und die Aufgaben sind klar umrissen. Die Aufgaben können sowohl als Liste als auch im Kalender in der App angezeigt werden.

Leider funktioniert das Scrollen nicht flüssig, man muss sehr oft scrollen um nach unten zu kommen. Außerdem hat man keine Suchfunktion bei Aufgaben…

Die Funktion der App ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten super. Zur Verwaltung von Aufgaben sehr übersichtlich. Ab und zu geht der Abgleich nicht. Kurz abmelden wieder anmelden - läuft! Es ist sehr ärgerlich, dass bei neuen Meldungen im Posteingang keine Mitteilung auf dem Sperrbildschirm aufpopt und es auch kein Ton gibt obwohl alles in den Einstellungen eingestellt ist. Ich hoffe auf das nächste Update

Die App benötigt eine andere Software damit sie funktioniert, man kann die App ohne die Software auch nicht testen. Die App ist somit auch nicht kostenlos wie angepriesen da die Software Geld kostet und wahrscheinlich nicht zu wenig. Schrott und verarsche....

Aber macht diesen zu einer Klasse Dienstleister Software.
