Believes effective communication is the key measurement to successful Property Management and that is why we have created TEJA SJCC portal to help Property Managers run in a more effective manner as more work is accomplished, proactively serving your Association Board members, homeowners and tenants.

TEJA SJCC provides the platform to allow management staff to communicate efficiently with residents, hence resolving issues in an effective manner. TEJA SJCC is a user-based system and requires login, thus only residents of the particular community are given access to the system.

With TEJA SJCC, management staff are able to perform efficiently and in turn, reduce the operating costs for the management office.
