I’m extremely disappointed with this delivery app. They constantly advertise fake discounts to lure customers, only to close the stores and make it impossible to place an order. Whenever I reach out to customer service, I’m told the same excuse: “The store will open in one hour.” This happens repeatedly, wasting my time and leaving me frustrated. It’s unprofessional and misleading. If they can’t deliver on their promises, they shouldn’t advertise them in the first place. Not recommended until they fix their service and communication issues.

Tekramlb is the worst ordering platform. Due to its fraud discounts and useless support center.

I downloaded the app and tried to create an account I didn’t receive any otp I clicked resend 3 times and didn’t work. i clicked skip so I can try to order without an account, when adding to cart and trying to checkout the app suddenly restart, it kept doing this on checkout
not recommended if you want your food cold
I ordered 3 times from the application and 2 time it was lukewarm the third and last time I ordered at 6:30 and it was picked ready at 6:40.
It arrived at 7:40!!!
I told customer support and what happened they said “they will take my comments into consideration”
Im not making a comment it is a complaint I want another one.
Not to mention they took 20 mins between each message and they didn’t even acknowledge the mistake on their end.

TERRIBLE customer service
The order was 2 hours late, the service was so bad 30 minutes between each reply just to tell us what’s the issue ridiculous. Will never use the app again.
