This app creates more problems than it solves. It’s meant to save a trip to the doctor’s office, but the wait times are vague and unpredictable, making it impossible to plan your day especially if you’re working. Worse, out of five uses, three prescriptions never made it to the pharmacy, forcing me to go to the pharmacy sick, only to find nothing was sent. After that, support was no help, leaving me on hold for 20 minutes just to advise me to message in the app and hope and pray someone answers the message. It’s not worth the money or the hassle.

EVERY stinking time the app says looks like you haven’t used this device, let’s send you a pin… then it takes forever to get it, yesterday I requested like 4 because it had been such a long time. I got them all like an hour later. I never got in.

Also EVERY time I log in it asks me if I want to use my face to log and no matter HOW MANY TIMES I CLICK YES!!! It NEVER REMEMBERS
