Until today, it has never been an issue to renew these prescriptions through Teladoc, however, the physician that called for my appointment refuses to renew given a Teladoc policy of only renewing two 30 day prescriptions per year. The other issue is with setting appointments. I tried to setup a call with a doctor regarding my son. The wait was an hour later than what they said. But also the appointment somehow was for myself? I know for a fact that I selected myself.
