## Tele Taxis Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Shocking."
We were at Doof in the park and left 50 minutes early so we could get a taxi. We walked a good bit away from the festival so there would be no issues for the taxi. The 1st taxi got taken off us as the driver took the first person they saw. Same with the second and then the 3rd. We walked over 4 miles home at 1am! The festival finished at 11pm and we left before then! It was absolutely freezing. The ONLY plus side to this was the operators were lovely but the taxi drivers who had us were ignorant.

### ***** "will sure book again"
my colleague recommend tele taxi as she tried already and she was very satisfied especially the time pick up. it’s my first time to book taxi at 2:15am at first i was scared i might be late on my scheduled bus going to edinburgh but driver came on time. Will surely use this again
-- aya-rhea, 2025-06-15

### ***** "Kj"
Top rier
-- Kyrohotgrnsen, 2025-04-11

### *---- "PREEBOOKINGS WILL FAIL"
Prebookings will only actually be assigned five minutes prior. Makes total sense when you’ve prebooked at a busy time when there are NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE.

Just phone them instead
-- Reviewerdund33, 2025-03-07

### *---- "Smelly app"
App stinks, never actually give you a taxi just let you wait on the buffering for ages but never actually give you a taxi. You could easily walk home quicker even if you live in up in Inverness
-- cammyc23, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Waiting times"
If I could rate this app 0 starts I would. First of all the people on that office do not care, there rude, disrespectful and have the worst attitude when it comes to it. Secondly if ur booking something you’d think it would come on time? Nope, booking a taxi verses just ordering one on the spot is the exact same. Will not look for a driver until 5 MINUTES before ur booking which makes it soooo pointless. Never in my life have I seen not only a mismanaged app but a mismanaged company
-- Jeanette Chalmers, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Unfair cancellation charge"
Waited for a driver to be assigned for 25 mins after the required time. Gave up and was charged £3.00 for cancelling! How to make money for doing nothing. Pathetic.
-- ancrum38, 2024-12-14

### ***** "Fantastic service"
Quick and easy to use
-- Shellcat77, 2024-07-08

### ****- "Good servjce"
I use this taxi company often and most of the drivers are very nice and friendly with the odd 1 or 2 that are miserable and clearly don’t want to do the job. Other than that good service
-- Jenpen1985, 2024-06-13

### *---- "Does not work"
This App does not work on my Apple iPhone 13. It asked me for my phone number then after I entered this the App displayed a message: “sorry something went wrong, please try again”. This is as far as I get with it. Useless!
