I started therapy due to my parents spilting and it really helped me through that. Not only that but just life over this past year and a half! In the beginning I was nervous to start these sessions, now I look forward to them and the hour where its just about me and my life. I have become a better person and grown stronger. Nor does it feel time consuming like an in person office does! If you are whiling to find help or assistant these people are more than capable and happy to help!

For almost a year, the app worked flawlessly every week when I connected with my doctor.  But the last 4-5 times, I’ve gotten disconnected as soon as my doctor joined the session.  Plus, the sound and/or picture occasionally gets distorted or cuts out completely.  I always make sure I have the latest update before the start of my session.  What can be causing these problems?
