Even though the Internet is inundated with so many free teleprompters, I chose yours by mistake
I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding your “Get a Free Upgrade” offer, which, quite frankly, is nothing short of deceptive. Trusting your company’s promise, I followed the stated conditions—using the app for 15 to 20 minutes every day for four days—only to realize that this was an outright manipulation with no real intention of granting the promised upgrade.
To make matters worse, the same “Get a Free Upgrade” button that appears on my iPhone does absolutely nothing when clicked. This suggests either a technical flaw or, more concerning, a deliberate attempt to mislead users into wasting their time on a fraudulent offer. Regardless of the cause, this lack of functionality only reinforces the perception that your company is engaging in unethical business practices.
Such bait-and-switch tactics are not just disappointing but outright deceptive. Please maintain some semblance of credibility, I urge you to turn a new page and ensure transparency in all future promotions.
