Wish could edit On app

The app told me that during the one week free trial, I would receive notifications to remind me how many days left so I could cancel unwanted subscription in time, but I have received nine and thus annual subscription fee was automatically deducted, actually I have found another one with much cheaper subscription fee. I would like a refund in this regard . Thank you!

This tool is so easy to use. I simply love it.

I removed app during trial and was still charged. Apple said their terms and conditions did not allow for them to refund me not matter the circumstances. It’s not cheap so I would not recommend unless you already know you want this.

This works really well and great for trying to get recordings done in a small amount of time where I need a script

I’ve initially signed up for the trial to try the app. I didn’t end up liking its very limited features and decided to cancel my subscription, yet I was fully charged for an annual subscription yesterday, in which I didn’t authorize nor signed up for. Very unethical and unprofessional practice! Developers, unless you are canceling the annual subscription you are charging me for, I will be disputing the payment with my bank!

We record multiple videos for online courses. This app makes the process so easy. The script is clearly visible and scrolls at the speed that works for you. You can edit scripts, change font size, and so much more. Great tool!

I signed up for the free 7 day trial recently but was charged for the whole year, which I don’t want. Apple customer service is unreasonable as I appealed but lost. What a waste of money that I’ll never get back. I have sent this to my credit card company to remove this charge.
