Mit dem tellme Mängelmelder können Sie ganz einfach Ihre Mängelmeldung mit dem iPhone erfassen und an Unternehmen und Kommunalverwaltungen senden.
Egal ob Sie in Ihrer Stadt eine defekte Straßenbeleuchtung, einen nicht gestreuten Gehweg oder Schlaglöcher in der Straße melden oder ob Sie sich bei einer Firma wegen eines Defektes an einem gekauften Produkt oder über unzureichende Öffnungszeiten beschweren wollen: einfach die Mängelmeldung mit der tellme-iPhone-App erfassen, bei Bedarf entsprechende Fotos und die GPS-Positionsdaten der Schadensstelle anfügen und an die jeweilige Firma bzw. Kommunalverwaltung senden  - Fertig! Überall und zu jeder Zeit möglich.

### ****- "Gute Idee & gutes Konzept, aber mangelhafte Umsetzung in Bergisch Gladbach"
Moin, 
das Konzept und die Idee Anliegen der Mitbürger*Innen über die einfach zu händelnde App / zu bedienende App an die in seiner Stadt / Region zuständige Mitarbeitende zu übermitteln finde ich persönlich sehr gut ! 
Leider wohne ich in einer Stadt der solche Meldungen offensichtlich - bis auf die Ausnahmen z.B. Umweltschutz
& Wasserbehörde - völlig egal sind (am Ar… vorbeigehen).

Das Ordnungsamt und weitere Einheiten der Stadt Bergisch Gladbach ist/sind aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung heraus eher wenig bis überhaupt nicht an solchen Hinweisen interessiert, da diese mit *Arbeit* verbunden sind.

Für eine persönliche Ansprache zu dem Thema stehe ich sehr gerne zur Verfügung. Wäre aber wieder Arbeit 🙄

Da ich nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann, bekommt die App von mir nur 1 Stern, weil ich bei jeder Meldung erst die Gemeinde und dann alle meine persönlichen Daten eingeben muss.
Hier fordere ich dringend einen Menüpunkt „Einstellungen“!

Die App eigentlich hat 5 Sterne verdient, aber die Stadt Bergisch Gladbach reagiert nicht. Also in meinem Fall wertlos, App wird gelöscht, schade!
Außerdem habe ich das Gefühl das die App auch nicht mehr gepflegt wird, letztes Update vor 2 Jahren.
Deswegen haben weder die Kommunen, noch der Betreiber der App ein Interesse an der Funktion.

Habe in meiner Stadt einen Straßenschaden gemeldet. Die Rückmeldung hat etwas gedauert. Der Schaden wurde dann aber wie versprochen in der angegebenen Zeit Repariert.

Den Absender sollte man „fest“ eingeben können und dann gespeichert werden, damit man nicht bei jeder Meldung alle Pers.-Daten neu eingeben muss, zumal man doch ohnehin nur sein eigenes Handy dafür nutzt.
