It's where your AI front desk and your team work together to turn every inquiry into a booked appointment — without losing the personal touch. ONE INBOX. EVERY CHANNEL. Every new client message — from your website, WhatsApp, or Instagram — lands in one focused inbox. Filters surface pending approvals, sessions awaiting booking, unread threads, and escalations so nothing slips through. AI COLLECTS, YOU DECIDE. Your AI agent greets every new client, walks them through intake questions, and collects the photos or files you need. When intake is complete, you review a clean summary and approve or reject with one tap. TAKE OVER ANY TIME. The AI pauses the moment a client asks something clinical, escalates, or simply asks for a human. Step in, type a reply as yourself, then release control back to the AI when you're done. No context is lost. BOOKING THAT CONFIRMS ITSELF. Approved clients pick a slot, receive an instant confirmation, and the session locks in. Reschedule and cancellation requests land as their own items in your inbox so nothing gets buried. BILINGUAL BY DEFAULT. Full English and Turkish interface. Live message translation lets you read the client's original words and the AI version side by side, so language never gets in the way of care. REAL-TIME & SECURE. Sessions sync live across your team via Socket.io. Sensitive session data is encrypted at rest. Push notifications alert you the moment a new handoff, approval, or message needs attention. BUILT FOR Therapists, coaches, aesthetic practitioners, nutritionists, clinics — any appointment-based business where the first touchpoint is a conversation and the second is a calendar slot. Tellop is the companion app to the Tellop client experience. Your clients chat with the AI front desk. You handle the decisions here. FOR PROFESSIONALS ONLY Tellop is a business tool for verified service professionals and their teams. Accounts are created and verified at tellop.ai — you cannot sign up from the app. Tellop does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a medical device. Professionals remain solely responsible for any decisions made with the information they collect here.
