Since we started doing that, all wellbeing indicators have been in utter freefall as brainrot short-form content, meaningless connection, and petty status games have taken over our lives so profoundly. Collectively, we have hit a record 4,400,000,000 regretful hours on TikTok and Instagram each passing day—this equals 500,000 years every 24 hrs. This, however, does not have to be your life's story. Not if you design your environment to be different. To be more beautiful. One where your compass and your clock are in harmony, one ordinary day at a time. ___ TELOS | THE ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION FOR DIGITAL HEALTH AND FOCUSED LIVING "To learn hard things quickly, you must focus intensely without distraction." — Cal Newport, PhD Naturally, academic life has been hit hardest by continuous partial attention. So, for the students who walk the courtyards, work the labs, and pull the late-nighters in the libraries of the Ivy League and beyond — Telos is the most trusted time management app among academic elites. 1 | DIGITAL DIET — ATTENTION MANAGEMENT (FREE FOR ALL) The features others charge $99/yr for — free for everyone. Unlimited Protocols, Hardcore Mode, nothing metered: Telos Digital Diet is the world's most holistic screen-blocking app. Your distracting apps, gated on your own schedule: set Protocols once, held all term — no daily willpower required, just better environment design. Scrolling is a reflex. Pause holds you for a beat — the reflex becomes a choice. While you study, Deep Work Mode is there for on-demand focus — it can even Greyscale your phone for a set duration. 2 | TIMEBLOCKS — TASK MANAGEMENT (PREMIUM / IVY LEAGUE PLUS) To-dos are useless until they have a start and an end. A Timeblock is both at once — the calendar item that grows until you check it off. Timeblocking with events is static — a Timeblock keeps running, growing, rippling the rest forward. Nothing overlaps. Nothing gets silently dropped: there's always save-for-later. Have a deadline? Telos counts backward into daily prep slots — and the plan adapts as you go. Never again blindsided by stressed all-nighters. 3 | FILE CABINET — TIME MANAGEMENT (PREMIUM / IVY LEAGUE PLUS) One tag-based home for your tasks and events alike. Give each part of your life — classes, hobbies, plans with friends — a place of its own. Always synced with iCal and Google. ___ The question shouldn't be how to spend less time on your screen. The right question is how to spend more time on your life. At Telos, we know humane technology is the defining challenge of our era. Our mission: accelerate the realignment toward a humane technology future. —— Privacy Policy: Terms of Use: ## Telos Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/a0/b7/f8/a0b7f8b6-f83a-1eda-1fdb-cac2b8edfb9f/01.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/94/78/de/9478de36-f845-e3ac-bb1c-8cc932f094ce/02.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/49/28/ef/4928ef74-99ea-595a-6434-0315eb538240/03.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/cd/14/22/cd1422cf-66a6-a7e7-4b7e-e2654a2e1358/04.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b9/47/78/b947788d-f46e-4980-364f-55b034a85cae/05.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/73/7f/b2/737fb21e-2248-170d-bfde-ed94d0efcb9f/07.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/bb/09/8f/bb098ffe-b950-cb13-4c86-68d9d4f28ee9/08.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/4b/7f/38/4b7f3873-aa2c-c10f-e7e5-140618fe73bd/09.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/62/1e/d7/621ed7c3-830b-917d-484f-7895e5c27e7a/11.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/4a/8e/6c/4a8e6c73-0132-6ab0-2ce0-d45369016c05/10.png/1320x2868.png) ## Telos Rating Breakdown in Netherlands - 5 stars: 6 (86%) - 4 stars: 1 (14%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Telos Available In - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/telos-be-indistractible-MRvz/netherlands) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/telos-be-indistractible-MRvz/belgium) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/telos-be-indistractible-MRvz/italy) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/telos-be-indistractible-MRvz/nepal) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
